There is totally no mention of referrals by download.

If they say that(referral from download), they will have theirs PayPal limited due to sell access to files.

Don't you have to add your "friend" to your contacts list - which he needs to approve via email for it to actually work and let him download your files.

look like file hosters are more greed then uploaders..

first built themself with warez uploaders then put restriction and attitudes in the name of law then when uploaders leave them, filehosters back with such schemes....

no matters Uploader rules and can change the mind of big giant file hosters

Im 99 % sure, i dont send anybody the referal link... but i offer some files, so only a user, who downloaded a file can get me a sale!

It looks like RapidShare changed theirs mind; they removed the traffic limits, added "Buy RapidPro" on download page and has a new "Select Plan" page.
