Either way twitter wouldn't REALLY care because there the ones whos making the cash money not the low life people who got nothing better to do than hack.

Anyone that terrorizes anyone in any way is called a terrorist. If someone from the United States hacked twitter, they would be considered an internet terrorist as well.

Stop trying to make everything into something racial or prejudice just because you're grammatically ignorant.
