Me also face this problem also i not getting sale from last 14 days
and getting only 1 sale from last 20 days.....
it is error on our account,they not count our referal

May be no one is interested in your file..Its old slogan debo is not fool who uploads crap and waste on own time.it is error also i face this error and my one friend also.and i face this eror from last month

I dont worked fo ppd plan.because i getting 1 sale every 10 to 20 download that why also my download count down.but now they discrese till some cents but it dosen't matter for me.and yesterday i used my referal for creating a account.and both referal not a count on my account:facepalm:

i think there's no point of delaying the payment for over 15 days. 2 weeks is enough for checking and verifying if there were any malicious activities in partners account. i know Ul.to pays as always, but i hope they will be prompt in releasing payments because there are people/partners out there who really expecting to received their earnings without any delay.
