Hello all.
I would not recommend using their service.
First of all, the phrase "You get what you pay for" is exactly how I would describe the service at Spetsnaz. We've been with their company for around 3 months now, and it's becoming a disappointment every following week. Unfortunately, this will be our last month with Spetsnaz.
Although it is tempting to see the $1.00 hosting offer, their service is absolutely terrible.
In January, there was a problem with their server, and my website was nearly down for a whole week. It was on occasionally for 1-2 hours before going down again. This was NOT my DNS or ISP, because I checked my website with "Down or Just Me," which said that my website was down when they checked it with their ISP.
We created a support ticket, and they said that they were working on a server upgrade. Also, that they will give us a discount for all of the down-time experienced.
That was not the case. I did not get any discounts on my invoice.
Now, in February, I thought they had resolved their server issues, but it happened again. My website has been down for a whole day now. I received an email from their admin, claiming that they were adding more RAM to their server.
Although I'm not very technical about server hardware, one of my majors in college was computer science. It should not take them 24 hours for them to add RAM to a server. 1. Shut-down server, 2. Add RAM, 3. Boot-up server, 4. Configure/Reconfigure. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the process should take no longer than 10 hours.
Anyways. As I said, I would recommend everyone find a different host that actually guarantees 99% up-time, because Spetsnaz does a poor job of doing that.
Remember, you get what you pay for.

If we don't own a datacenter of course we cannot add RAM ourselves. And the DC forgot to boot up the server when they were done and e-mail us back.
The server was down only 6 hours from 12am to 6am.
We do have an issue right now of Apache that we are correcting as we speak.

It was down since you guys emailed me, and it's still down.
It doesn't matter why my website is down, the fact that it's down, regardless of whatever reason, makes it important for me to write that post.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.CPanel is working fine though.
I don't need support anymore, because I won't be using your unprofessional, unrealiable, and unrealistic service anymore.
To everyone else who's contemplating on trying their service out: here's a big DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Server misconfigurations and junk, has been happening for the past 3 days now. It'd be up for like an hour, next thing you know, they tamper with the server configuration and your website goes down. The terrible thing is that most of your clients won't have an ISP that will update their DNS cache fast enough, so they might still be posting things on your website, and once their DNS cache is updated, all the stuff they wrote will be for naught.

Sorry about this but I am closing down SpetsnazHost Shared/Reseller hosting service.
It has to come to the reason of closing is because our DataCenter doesn't like all the abuse it has got.
The only Service we still have open is VPS and VPN service.
