Whats Your Supplement? [Anything]

My current stack:

Pre-workout: BSN N.O Xplode 2.0
Vitamins: Universal Nutrition Animal Pak
Protein #1: Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey, 10 Lbs.
Protein #2: Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate, 10 Lbs.
Joint Support: Natrol Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM, 90 Tablets

I keep using same joint support supplement but I do switch Preworkouts and Proteins from time to time. eg. I might go with Horsepower instead NO Xplode etc.

I cycle between Rivalus and BSN products including: Protein, Pre/Post/ etc. I find my body works better when cycling and not using the same products over and over again.
 
Did it consist of beta alanine? That causes an itch. I was just going to order a bunch of it a while back and they took it off the market a day before lol
 
i don't workout i only walk small distance and don't eat .. but only one small meal eggs or fried fish or any fruit + a cup of coffee when the sun goes up and one when it goes down .. and i'm 101 Kilos and 187 CM height ! i smoke a lot ! specially weed
 
i eat lot of stuff everyday but i dont know which is protein or vetamins or any other shit you just posted above..
will you please confirm which food has all of them in it?

NCCPT yoo, some of my trainer friends said i should buy books for the other programs tho and read over them. Lots of stuff is different in all of them and is good to have a wide range of views.

Food i eat:

Turkey/Chicken
Eggs
Raw Meat
Nuts (all)
Fish
Greens
Kale/Spinnach
Gluten-free stuff
Bacon (Real/Turkey/Chicken)

Gluten Free because Wheat is bad for you. ITs so GMO now they have found a Toxic Gene (we all knew it tho) that can hamper your cardiovascular system, and lead to death. I have Candida so i HAVE to eat Gluten-Free. Its for the better, imo. Way heathlier. Anything with CORN DONT EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Whether that be Corn oil, Starched Corn, etc. Corn is BAD.
 
hmmm.... well i am gaining some fat not because of fast food actually i never exercise much... here is my Life...
EAT, STUDY, iNternet, Sleep, ........... :(

thinking about hitting gym soon.
