The Computer of Tomorrow

The B-Membrane looks nothing like a conventional computer, more like a spaceship or space station, but it is indeed a PC, able to project an image of your desktop on any surface you can point its omni-directional projector at, thus rendering even the slimmest LCD monitor useless. It also has a membrane keyboard and mouse that appear only when you need them too, and an optical drive.

This technology has been around for a while. I even saw one of those keyboard on pimp my ride. Dunno how many wpm you would get on that keyboard but i lol'd at the dvd drive. Whats up with that. You can boot off a USB memory stick. Throw the optical out and make it smaller. Would be even better if the kb and projector were seperate as napps picked up on, its a bit annoying having this big white stick in your face. And the bent keyboard would so anoy the hell outta me.

It would most likely house an atom processor and the usual bag of tricks that come with them.

Nice gadget, but I wouldn't use it. I want parts, something that I can tinker with :p. Hell, my PC isn't even inside a case atm. But that's just me I guess.

Haha

One day Hyperz will wake up and play with his computer,

And Totally Mess it up and not be on for ages cause he needs a new cpu or someit :P

Anyways, 'that' computer would be used by executives probably. I think, it won't be made available to the local public rather they would just limit their productions to Companies & Foundations, etc..

Still, you won't be able to play Assassin's Creed & CS:Live or Die on it, as I guess, it'd be running Intel's Atom Processor with speed < 1.9GHz :(
