It is impossible for a server to have lets say X requests normally and suddenly reach in 1 second 10times more requests...
Can you understand what i mean? i do not know who is behind this but i do not care to know... I am a fair player and not a bastard like those...

If you just post here in the forum that server is down and server is down, you give them food. What they want to do is to build a bad fame. Disappoint you and close filemates.
What they were unable to do with payment processing block, they try to succeed it with attacks.
DO NOT publish any more this. Just keep working with FileMates and show them you do not give up.
Stop creating a bad fame as this is what they want. Even if you publish here the server is down YOU DO NOT HELP!!!

ohhh and just to note... The server is never down since last week... We resolved the problems and server never gets DOWN. The apache, for those who know, just queues the overnumber requests and serve them later...
So when there are many many requests (an attack in other words), it just makes the server slower with result to not be able to serve the pages... But the server is STILL up and when the attack finishes, the requests get their way
In other words... Just stop publishing here the server is down. It does NOT help. I KNOW when this heppens! I am 24 hours a day to check with my colleagues the servers.
Just work, enjoy the sales that do not seem to get down and let them understand that FileMates will not be down.

Dear Ansley server got changed when we note significant growth. Believe me it is not the new servers the problem they are N times more powerfull...
I am greek as you all know. Although the impression is that greeks do not worth to exist i assure you my parents tought me to be fair and go on in my life with justice and hard work.
Believe me when i post something here is when i am absolutely convinced of what happens. I never lie just to cover an issue. So believe me it is not the new servers that affect negatively the platform. The opposite.
With the old servers under such attacks the site would be down much more as the old ones were not easily administrated.
The problem is the sudden attacks that unethical people follow in order to destroy a very hard work i have personally done!

absolutely right and agree with you dear admin. i join filemates 2 months ago and i sale around 250 premium and got the all payments time by time from filemates just 1 request is pending and he will pay when the time period will complete of that request.
i just pray for long live of filemates
