There are browser restriction for filesizes. You should try to uplaod via FTP.

I think filesize restrictioon is 5Gb. I never made success upload with files bigger then 5 Gb. I try remote, ftp and browser upload.

no because Till don't want to answer on this question - i send him PM i post here but still no answer.
bank transfer was ALWAYS WITHOUT ANY FEE's but from october 2012 TRANSFERS ARE SEND IN NEW WAY - FEE is taken not by ul, not by Ur bank but by banks beetween ul.to bank and Ur's bank.
Why transfers are send in new way? Till avoid answer

You already got the answer, ul.to is paying their charges of their bank and you are paying your charges on your side/your bank... Before they paid both!

Reason; we had an mistake in our bank account so we paid the charges of your bank by ourself too, we changed this so we pay all the charges from our side and thats it.
