Beware when dealing with him. He's trying to scam me by calling me a scammer and demanding a refund or he's going to sick his legal team on me. LMAO Legal team? I told him. How's he going to spin it when he's purchasing illegal accounts/keys? Also, legally any money sent for any kind of accounts or keys are deemed INTANGIBLE and NOT covered by ANY online payment sources buyer or seller protection therefore COMPLETELY LEGALLY I owe no refund. As the accounts were working at time sent/purchased.:s

sorry if that goes offtopic, but youll hear about my transaction with TM soon enough as hes claiming to ruin my reputation here on wj. So I thought id share some of the real story before he goes off with his made up lala land one.
Moral of my post, BEWARE when dealing with anyone when it comes to high value transactions. ALWAYS receive money first before sending product(buy something on ebay and tell me if the seller will send you the item before you pay.) and dont lay out your own money on trust.
At the time of this post, I personally believe that I can sincerely trust only 4 people in the scene. Dont go by peoples reputation, nor how many transactions theyve done in the past. No matter if the guy as sent 2k to someone succesfully and had over a dozen positive iTraders or reputation points NO ONE can be trusted UNTIL THEY EARN IT. IF you follow those tips, you will certainly avoid many headaches, many calls to paypal, a dozen trips to your bank and 99% of scams online.

again, sorry if it seems offtopic. Im mostly venting. :-?

In simple word I would say one thing.

For trafficmonster dont buy any serial from anyone as they may be hacked serial or keygen serials.

For others dont sell him any serials as Dotcom has said some caution words.

Problem Solved, Voila!!! (I am problem Solver, lol)

Not really. If they didn't work that means they were blacklisted and caught by steam.
Eventually all do, especially mw2 and lfd2 since everyone is doing that and selling it, steam knows. AND you were buying in bulk, you should know you would have been caught lol..

If he said that they would never get blacklisted and he can replace them, then i guess he does owe you the money. If he said it's not his fault if they do, then he doesnt owe you anything.

Well trafficmonster says he's "rich" so i guess he doesn't care lol.
And well it's steam lol, eventually all will get blacklisted, probably the method he did was the same so they caught him. It's sort of both your faults for doing it, he should refund you partially, but who am i to tell him what to do lol. chargehim back?
 
Paypal sucks, and have cost me $1000's / and are still holding $1000's of mine, as they perma banned my account because they thought i was 'High Risk' eventhough i had No disputes etc.. Paypal sucks.

I told him that gift links from steam produced a huge risk of them being revoked by steam. He told me whats the risk i said very high rate of failure. His reply was its ok my client likes the risk. I have logs. I then carded over 50+ gift links (ive got proof) and he dissappeared for 3 days (said he went to amsterdam) I wasnt going to send him the links without him sending me the payment first (cus im not an idiot) And when he got back 3 days after i had carded the gift links he sent me payment and i sent the links later that night. couple days later he says none work, which i dont believe. Said he wanted a refund completely or 50 more links. I spent my own money on supplies to card the links etc and since hes a cheap bastard he didnt pay me but 2$ more then it cost me. When hes selling them to some rich fuck for over 15$-20$ profit each (probably more).
In the end, when your dealing with high value shit dont go by peoples reputation. hes trying to put me as the scammer, when in fact he was fucking me the whole time anyways.

I didnt scam, and if he had been nicer i might have continued to help him. But dont take up an attitude and threaten me with legal shit when your lieing and buying illegal accounts which if they were all legit STILL arnt covered by the payment methods used and are deemed intangible goods of which is like saying legally you donated me the money. So if you really want to go that way, i hope your prepared to pay my legal fees upon your impending loss.


dont deal with trafficmonster. end of story.
