Well the above mentioned methods of monetizing are well known & lots of people are making money out of it...I only wanted to add that apart from the above method the other useful way that have recently got public notice is t "selling contextual links" from sites that can make you decent monthly income stream if you have sites with high PageRank..

Best way to actually make money (which i am just about to do) is to go outside and get a real job, i work 6 days a week, and take home a nice slice of pie every 2 weeks, and dont have to worry about some stupid filehost running off with my money.
 
@iMage I'm so lazy to even get up the bed. So I make my moves and I'm earnings even when I'm sleeping. You should try that too.. It' fun ... I just bought iPhone by my lazy money :)

Not every country have jobs, what's wrong with earning money online via adsense?
 
For me the best way is to make bussines which will give to us passive profit. It's so much things to learn in every niche. I'm not sure about these bux networks.
