new methods of payment for the premium will be added when you add the new script.
Probably Friday.
Have faith, you will notice significant improvements in the week ;)
 
I'm waiting for the custom script to be launched as well, that's when I'll start using them again, right now their XFS is going downhill lol
 
the problem is always the server charlie, dont expect the addition of new servers that will be completed Friday with the new script.
The admin has chosen not to remove charlie and put new server, you will not lose any files! If not, the problem was already solved. Unfortunately at times that traffic is high, the upload goes wrong. but it is a matter of minutes.
 
site keeps going up and down..... currently down. :(


and many servers are down, not just charlie....

alpha.sharpfile.com and delta.sharpfile.com are down too.... :(

stats for yesterday wrong, today no downloads at all, tried downloading some files the ones that are availabe - after entering the code the download doesn't even start, upload almost impossible and even if it starts it hangs in the process so must do it all over again...
 
yes blood, servers are not stable as the DL's (some working some not....started) well delta and alpha are mostly working

like on and off

as for charlie files it really sucks to re-edit 120+ topics in 3 places (will leave exact links and see when fixed from maintenance)

we CAN NOT GO 1-by-1 FILE to check if it is working or not :( :(

please understand the above......in red

not gonna delete them and re-up as this process takes longer so we 'll wait. (if delete and re-up you have to re-edit topics...so is more time consuming)

it is more than 24hrs (files are on "maintenance")

we are patient until new custom script will be installed but servers need to be stable to operate regardless the script.......
 
Hey guys..

I promise you this Server situation has me more upset than you..I am working my butt off trying to get all these dang servers up and running correctly.
I keep adding more and more servers and then 1 breaks down,a nd then 2 break down..and ARGGG its frustrating, BUT I have it now so that you wont lose your data and the links should remain the same, I know Charlie is still down, they are switching that server,and just found out that alphas is down, and that will be back up very very shortly....

I know you guys are frustrated, but believe me, we are working our butts off to make this a GREAT file host

at least u r trying to solve (we understand the situation so we ll wait no point to del. and leave same ""old"" links) think that is more important that the custom script to solve.....
