No, it is not worth it.

Anyone in warez who wants to social network can go to a site like FB or twatter.

A social networking site should be a non-warez thing. It isn't an idea to be restricted to such a small audience, especially when that audience only cares about downloading.

If you wanna make a social network, get out of the box, the box being warez.
