They have been always unable to give a good support since they were seedboxone.com.
However, once they setup hardware completely, you will be happy until you want to change your plan.
Even I'm new to 100tbh.com, I'm an old customer of seedboxone.com.
According to my experience, Danny is the only one technical support.
If we cannot find him, it indicates we will have no technical support.
And don't foget he doesn't work on non-business days; Saturday & Sunday cannot be counted.
BTW, he had a new baby in January (

Anyway, I'm also not satisfied with the efficiency & quality of their customer service.
They often make some numeric-related mistakes, such as the disk space, the memory size, etc., and we have to create a ticket and wait for a long period of time.
Sometimes they terminated services before the due date of a billing, and data are impossible to be recovered.
Some of my friends couldn't tolerate them anymore and decided to leave them.
Nevertheless, you will experience a good hardware & bandwidth, a pretty price, and high degree of freedom with their service after they completely setup everything.
I'm an engineer, so I don't very care about the attitude of the customer service.
For me, the body of their service is not human beings; I merely rent a seedbox or a VPS.
