Look here is the keyword: "Brac Bank Limited"
Brac Bank Limited is one of the pioneer bank in Bangladesh. Now what is Dutch Bangla Bank doing in "Brac Bank Limited" search?

if it wasn't there some time ago, and showed up, it will dissapear, it's google dance...
BUT...they also do contain a part of long-tail keyword which is Bank Limited...

Also, you don't know how they've based their link building strategy, it might be on purpose, to get closer to competition, eventually rank better than them, for their own search term, and put them out of business...

EDIT: for others, it shows this on google.rs, google.nl, google.com, nothing to do with regionality...

It's a tactic...
