send paypal balance to debit card ?

I mean. I have visa debitcard from alertpay. Since Paypal allowed me withdraw to Visa card and local bank, I want use that visa debitcard to withdraw my balance.

i don't think you can do that
but if your card has balance you can send money on paypal directly with that card

It is possible, but make sure you have some amount in your debit card. Add it in paypal and get the 4 digit code and with draw. That's all !!

If you have a Payoneer card, you can apply for our US Payment Service in order to receive funds from PayPal via US bank withdrawal.

You can't use alertpay debit card to withdraw your paypal balance, its not working i have one and its not working with me
But you can use it to load your paypal balance
I think its better to use payoneer card
