Mates I want to ask something.

If my AlertPay account is not verified (I see that i am not the only one), what are the actual problems?
Can't we withdraw money to our account?
Can't we accept money from other users to our AlertPay account?
Can anyone tell what the problems are, if an AlertPay account is not verified?

Good questions. Anybody know the exact importance of verifying your account.

Also has anybody had any success ordering an Alertpay debit card?
 
with catholic easter they stoped processing withraws too..maybe is from the banks side, but is embarrassing .a transfer that in the last months was made in 3 days is not completed in almost a week..

My account was restricted by AlertPay, then they ask some documents for the verification, i have submit my documents but still they are not reinstating my account.

and in my account the available funds is more than $600. and then i asked that why they are not opening, they replied with an unlogic reason,

can somebody help?
 
When I want to login I get this:

I'm not sure about the traffic, I hope they're fixing technical problems actually, like the one I reported days ago here

Anyone got his bank wire (withdrawal) delayed? This is the first time it's taking more than 3-4 days, it's stuck at pending since the 2nd of April, guessing it's because of the easter holiday?
 
it's working now, however I'm still getting the problem about security, check this
I would like to know if somebody else is having this issue with your browsers.
I don't want to make any transaction in the website if my personal information could be captured.

me too..from 3. We all are..i guess is because of the banks..but you know, im my country easter coming at the end of this week ( we're ortodox..) ..with some "luck" i might receive my money at the end of the month. Brilliant..
