I am an indian user. When i tried to add a bank account, it asked me to give SWIFT BIC. I don't know what it is.
Is it the same as IFSC Code or MICR Code.
If no then where to find this SWIFT BIC code of my bank.

I haven't received reply to my firs ticket,so i have submited a second one:
first: Ticket ID: YVN-384363
second: Ticket ID: LRA-759460

is the Alertpay site working fine?
I see this in my browser (firefox) after I log in:

Internet explorer shows a similar error message about security.
 
Support here is just about as bad as, if not worse than, their online/web support.

Sent you a PM earlier yesterday with my ticket ID. Please look into that. Been a full week since I sent a wire deposit and it has yet to be credited. It's a very painful experience working with Alertpay.
 
i am indian. i have created an account in alert pay. i dnt have credit card so i cant do credit card validation. i have made phone validation. and the one thing i can make is to add my bank.

how can i become verified. will alertpay will send me some deposite i my that bank acc, after that i have to fill that amount in order to bank verification??????

or i can receive amount in alertpay and withdrawl this amount in my bank acc without CCV

or i can withdraw money to my bank account only after addding the bank

Their phone lines and customer support is off today, when the rest of the world is working as normal, thanks to 'Easter'.

It'll resume on Monday.
