Each site has their own set of rules and it's up to you to follow them, if you don't want to well :|

You really get it wrong mate ! i don't need to be star 5 , i am just saying , if you write the rules that for example 100000 is for star 2 , than when someone have 100000make it star 2 . if there is waiting time , than ADD it in rules , write after that much time youcan request rerate , see what i am talking about ?

Everything/everyone will be updated today, next queue update.

@-sky- The queue is updated every 24hrs as long as there are enough 4 and 5* submissions.
