Massive? I don't think 4000-5000 uv per day are too much, but how I get more visitors is uploading new releases first.
But plugrush is only CPC.

A few tips im gonna give you:
1-first of all unless most of your traffic is north america you wont get much from ADS and wont sell your ad space unless your personally start advertising in forums and sell your ad cheap.
2. use hostings such as UL.to and DF and not host that has a tempting affiliate. when you use a host that majority uses even if the rate is a bit lower but the number of download will be much higher and you earn alot more.
3. sign up with affiliates such as http://www.drawn-sex.com or http://www.titanime.com or other hentai affiliation site or dating networks that pay you per sign up.

BTW how much do you make form streaming and daily download that you call not enough ? hentai site are not necessarily profitable untill you get really good downloader traffic ! and you should try really hard to prmote you content for the whole world and not just latin countries. are your contents latin translated or japanese ?

I see.. that makes your content language specific which is harder to promote. you might want to add a section for English stuff as well. limiting your site to a certain audience will only limit your earning . if you can increase English speaking visitors by providing English translated doujins and H-manga as well no only your earning will increase but you will be able to sell ad spaces on juicy ads and such. bringing in us and EU traffic open a lot of new way for earning.
also try this affiliates I told and see how it turns out since i dont know how well latin traffic would convert for this type of affiliates.
