Please provide proof Hosting provider is refusing to refund you we as moderator we'll make sure to take care of this in do an investigation of his/her actions of refusing to refund you.
 
I wanted to rent the server for a scecipic reason and I am not satisfied. So I asked my money back and he is trying to do whatever he can so that he will not do the refund.

Have you not read their TOS before buying server? Just went over to their site and saw that they do not provide refunds for encoding plans (unless there is server downtime)

Not sure why would you ask for a refund now!

The TOS on site says no refund for Encoding RDPs, but we are considering 24 hours refund as it was mentioned on the thread (OP intended to say 24 hours for normal RDPs).

Now, it is upto you - do you want to stay with Glanpol or just leave without any refund. Michal is still ready to help you out if there are any issues in the RDP.

Next time when you buy something - spend some time reading the company's Terms of Service. Will save you from getting into fuck-ups.

are you retard? i just showed all the proofs that you have exceeded 24hrs refund time!

you seem to be confused due to the difference in timezones... you both may be in different timezones but you have exceeded the 24hr buffer time. feel free to post if you have solid proof of not exceeding 24hours buffer.

Not enough ? anyway I can still help You using RDP if You are interested.
As I said before on ENCODING RDP You have full admins right and it's not easy to learn everything in one day.
