There's no such thing as the DDL scene, usually the people who get their stuff from DDLs are usually incredibly stupid. DDLs were never that big, even when Phaze and Katz were around they were dwarfed by ProjectW, Warez-BB etc.. and there are always torrents; public and private.

This is coming from the owner of a DDL is well.
