I need backlinks to one of my facebook pages- an official page for a celebrity.

Our google ranking used to be one of the top 3 when it comes up in the search results but now it has dropped to page 2 because the page was unpublished for 2-3 weeks

I need someone to provide me backlinks to get this page up to the top of Google searches. If you can get it up to 1st of course, it would be amazing.
