1st Time they need my Address proof Documents after i received my documents
now they are send to me a Merchant Questionnaire Document

You didn't verified ur Credit/Debit card. It will increase ur outgoing transaction limit to $ 12000+

Are you selling something? simply enter you name as company and sa that you are not a company. If they still does not want your account to be unlocked sent cease and decease letter to skrill cooperate address and request your fund to be reversed and account cancelled.

They will comply within a week, then open a new account.
