as you see in the past couple days all have problem with USA users we change tier 1 that have USA users only and remove it from Tier1 and we will add other countries instead of it we discuss it now

I don't know where do you come from but i know that i'm German. And germany is in Group A and you count 0,1 cent instead of 1,6 cent.

And Germany never was and never would be STATE of the USA. So you are cheating.

we count only complete download

we didn't count repeated downloads for the same file from the same user

but for another file we will count it

yes we already have many users that get money from 10upload but if they agree to post that i will do

also we work now in design and this is image for what will be
and we will have 2-3 design and will poll to select from

So if I have understand what you're saying, you'll count every complited downloads and you'll count multiple files per ip every 24h...so for example the same user downloads two different files you'll count two paying downloads... right ? It's only for free users or also for premium ?
