I eat something like this 6-7 times a day. I vary fish and chicken.
My meal looks very grotesque, but it consists of chicken, lettuce, peppers, cucumbers, onions, broccoli, cheese and ketchup (I usually have a protein shake as well).

That looks really yummy right now. Thats giving me the munchies. Looks like I will have that tomorrow night. Tonight we had some hamburger meatballs with some brown gray servered on hot white rice.
Mindy that looks inviting ,My dinner tonight will be marinated roast chicken with baked potato's,pumikin,onions, carrots all baked offcourse with beans , brocolli and gravy .
