First of all, users have to download files gladly. Filehosts you were talking about has tonns of different stuff on a download page and we have clean and light page, which most will like, so in the end, you will have more with us.
Besides, we have 65%/65% plan, which is the highest on the market and we pay for ALL of the subsequent rebills.


Some great news:
We've updated RU software, it became much more stable and glad to tell that new hardware is comming! We should finish installing it till end of this or start of next week ;)

I have some problems with WEB upload. I upload files by WEB and links aren't generated ... I have 100% but files haven't uploaded.

In the picture problem:

FTP still not work good, always broken connect when I send files

Added after 20 minutes:

Rapidgator make option multiupload on web just select one click all files and upload, now I must selected 1 file - 1 click this is so hard, make just like something other site flashupload something else

Can you check RU from mediafire direct link ?
I always get 0mb(zero size/html only) when RU with mediafire direct link.

Flashupload isn't very good cuz it will work only with flash. We will update current to work with multiple files, but only some browsers will support this feature

winner231, relax, we're installing new hardware, it will get better soon.
darkwizard, what FTP client do you use?
sequelae, mediafire has such system, that you can't download a file from IP, different from the one where you've received a file link. We will add this host to RU and you will be able to load.

FTP was good about 3h now is still broken, pls make at faster as You can multiupload from WWW ( using one click and select all files to upload)

darkwizard, we've checked, currently it's a HUGE queue for file upload, and drives just don't handle the writing speed, we've ordered new hardware, please hold on a little bit, while it's being installed ;)
