this is my acount, buy this acount. He was a premium, but since two days ago was free. It is not clear. What's the problem

yea normally everyday got 3 or 4 sale but today still one sale only. may be have some problem in sales stats
 
Since last week fs deletes files so much.I think they are becoming like hotfile.i hope they dont ban without warning.i wonder why oron or fileserve dont delete files that i uploaded at the same time and share at the same forums?
 
I want to make two suggestions and would like to have some feedback from Hish or Marco about them, as well as from other filesonic users.

- Regardless of the plan we are in it should be possible to see the amount of downloads and the type of sales we generate so that we can tweak our work to increase filesonic's revenue.

- There should be a place where we could see the source of each download each file has. This way we could analyze where our traffic comes from and enhance the way we post links in each place.

Example:

File B - Traffic origin - 500 downloads:
www.wjunction.com/topicA/Post%FileB.htm -480 downloads - 96%
www.wjunction.com/topicC/Post%FileB.htm - 20 downloads - 4%

Here same problem.2 weeks ago in superelite and now i cant get 300$ ....something is definetly wrong.....i will wait 2-3 days ...if they dont solve this problem......i start to move my files!
 
I think it's a bug with " Top 5 Files Today " ...
cause In top after 1 hour I have files with lower downloads than other files that are not in top.

I cheked the files one by one, the top isn't good..
 
Great idea goku_sama - I want a payment solution where it comes to a debit card rather than being forced to withdraw to my bank, but i would still like this option

Open an affiliate ticket to solve the issue, posting your login info on the board will only get you hacked

We will retain the suggestion, but for now they are not considered options, we will tell you if we add them

Downloads count for PPS is not available as it would increase the load on the system and slow it down, putting more downloads stats would cause the same issue. I will discuss with IT to see if the source of the downloads can be added but I doubt ir can be done without drawbacks on speeds.

We have been making short maintenance and updates that have caused temporary error messages, it should all be solved
