What is the point of writing such things here? We don't have your RL ID, your email or even your name by which you are registered with us? how you expect us to help you by just writing that? Also I request you to go and Google what is the difference between a "Support Thread" and "SALES THREAD".

It is because you are claiming it as poor support when you requested a custom work and its in queue since our support department processes priority jobs such as orders/technical issues etc first and hence the delay. We hate to have clients who are unsatisfied with the service.I have informed our Rapidleech department to process your request on a priority basis.

all "Starter/Core/Pro Clients" will be allowed to transload 1 (one) transmission instance at a particular time whereas "Extreme" Clients will be allowed to have 2(two) parallel transmission download instances.
