It is because you are claiming it as poor support when you requested a custom work and its in queue since our support department processes priority jobs such as orders/technical issues etc first and hence the delay. We hate to have clients who are unsatisfied with the service.I have informed our Rapidleech department to process your request on a priority basis.

I am using sBorg Pro, how many process allowed run together?


(2 Tab for Starter/Core, 3 tabs for Pro/Extreme allowed at a time)

all "Starter/Core/Pro Clients" will be allowed to transload 1 (one) transmission instance at a particular time whereas "Extreme" Clients will be allowed to have 2(two) parallel transmission download instances.
