My Alertpay Account Is Hacked

My Account is Hacked On Thursday . In My account 800.76$ I submit a Support Ticket But Still No Responce

How much time you guys take to responce on my ticket i lost my 800.76$ and still i didn't recieve any positive reply from AP did i consider that i lost all my money

Hacker cant send your money to other account coz he doesn't know that your transaction pin code secret question or answer :D

alertpay support in this criteria is very bad whenever i lost money in this cases or fraud they never return my money :S

I am extremely sorry to hear that :facepalm:
I suggest you to call them as soon as possible. You can call them on Monday as they are off today.
You won't get any answer to ticket nor you can call them till Monday.

So this is what going to happen.
1) They will ask you to verify your identity.
2) They will make all those payments in hold.
3) You will only get those money after 3 Months.
 
send them tickets, send every proof that you own this account

your old passwords, old security questions, your payments, billing info etc

and do tell them that their support dint respond quickly
 
i'm guessing that you gotb keylogged
download "malewarebytes" scan your pc

and stop fooling around just call them already
and @Ultras idk what you on about brother i reported you btw
 
Here are some tips for you

Have a different password for paypal and alertpay
For password have number, caps etc
Always login through private browsing or incognito window, never save you password
Download malewarebytes as rko said and scan
Download from trusted sources
Never mention about your password, do not write in a notepad
Write your password in a note book, i have a notebook just for my passwords and for other internet stuff.
Download a good antivirus like avast

For getting your money contact alertpay, the best way

Always use a strong password this is very important. When You dont know what is strong password You can search it in google.
