No Lifetime, 5GB filesize limit.
Sorry.
I'm sorry, I'm saying that with all the hosts offering the option of buying a Lifetime Premium account, I can't imagine why there are new hosts emerging who don't have this as an option.
Also, while there are 5GB (or even smaller) limits for a lot of hosts, I have a similar feeling about this. If someone is willing to upload and share a 10GB or even 50GB file and not receive any more money than you're paying a user for their 1GB (or whatever) file, why would you want to discourage that?
People love single-links, why would you discourage people from uploading single-links to your servers?
Hosts With Lifetime: CramIt.In, FileJungle, FileServe, FileSonic, GlumboUploads, KickLoad, MegaUpload, SlingFile, Uploaded.to, UploadStation, the list goes on...
I suppose the point I would make as a business major would be that Lifetime is even more important/beneficial at the beginning (from a business perspective).
It helps the business (in this case, you) because it is (essentially) because it gives you short term capital (something a new business needs more than an old business). It also is going to get you more uploaders (leading to more downloaders and members). It is also good for you because if you do happen to fail, it's our loss, not yours.
From a user perspective it lets us essentially enter a higher risk, higher reward situation--we invest more money, we potentially pay less than your Lifetime will cost once you become a larger, more stable, host. We also get to make a one-time payment (something a lot of users don't/never take advantage of) instead of making reoccurring payments that (assuming the host does succeed) will eventually end up costing us more. If a user doesn't want to make this investment, they can pay for the shorter plans.
Essentially, it gives everyone opportunity to benefit.

Hello!
I would like to inform you that the downloads made from Portugal are to be paid as TIER 3 and not as this TIER 2 as this indicated on your site.
username: tecnicox
Thanks
Traffic from my blog comes all of Portugal, as it is possible to give this result in my statistics?
5 downloads from Portugal in a 29MB file corresponds to $0.025 and not $0.015.
