I m looking for a budget VPS arount $10/month

it must support
Private Rapidleech ( I may use it DL/UL about 10GB per day on average)
Transmission (I may use once a week)
porn ( not child porn)

Any idea?

I totally agree with you on this. You wont find good VPS for that cheap that will allow you to use Rapidleech. Well you can but it wont be that fast. If you do? Congrats
