2) Click on "Help"

no buddy, it's windows 7, i just use old theme to keep my pc run faster... and all rdp have that theme

So you mean in 2011 you are using pentium 2 processor which is not able to handle win 7's theme ?

if your pc slows down because of a default theme then you should get new processor, because when system is not able to handle theme then how will it handle other things ?
