yup upload failing... btw it's from eu.. anyone who is from us can confirm if they are facing problem too?

I'm fighting for more than a week to recover account that was stolen from me

I got a response from the service:

"May we know what method have you use in purchasing premium, please?"

But, I bought a premium of accumulated money from uploading, so I can not give details of how to purchase through paypal or credit card.

So I sent my data from the last two payments on paypal, still got no answer, what do I do next,

a.) premium purchased from a link in my site
b.) premium purchased from a banner un my site

It is happening from us server also, but it is very rare-
for a few seconds once in a while.
Sometimes the speed is slow (~1MB/s instead of 20-40MB/s),
But most of the time it's OK. Fileserve is not down.
 
guys anyone of you is having problem to load fileserve's page? It's almost few weeks that I'm having this problem (It isn't a problem of my ISP, because it happens only with fileserve), sometimes it takes 2-3 minutes to load and other times it doesn't load.
 
I requested payment last Tuesday and it's still pending.. I also had to call my bank and cancel my credit card because of the great infamous subscription scam. Filesonic seems to be saviour after this dirty "scamserve" experience.

I know someone who requested payment last Tuesday as well, and is still waiting.

I requested payment on the 23rd. Not that long ago but still holy. Filejungle has accepted my payout, why can't Fileserve?
 
RickyFS, I renewed my premium yesterday but until now, when I make a copy of a file to another folder, fileserve tells me I exceeded my limit. I already PM'ed you about this and you still have not replied and I don't think I ever:
1. spammed your inbox
2. provided you insufficient amount of information.
3. talked a lot of sh!t and then want your help.
4. was disabled and u don't deal with such users.
5. provided u details of my account sharing service (i.e. your leaseweb) in which i cannot download with.
6. put my information in public instead of PM'ing u.
7. requested for Credit Card Cancellation? Please see: Contact Us => Credit Card Cancellation. (You will receive a reply within 48 hours)
8. was a complete dick in a PM.

hope you can help me out here.
 
i have a premium account of fileserve , and i am trying to do remote upload fileserve links into my filesonic account. but it is showing pending status. please help me.
