The live support does not work

Edit: also the shopping links are messed up. I order something, in the shopping cart shows something else with an other price.

If operators are offline how live support can work ?

Even if we're online and some times chat don't work then that might be livezilla issue, normally live chat is working.

which link you see is going wrong way ?

I mean it appear a server error, or it even doesn't load.

If I click on the sign up know for the cheap reseller plan, the next page says: "Product Selection: Reseller Hosting (Onshore) - Premium"
And, if I choose the premium onshore reseller plan, in the next page will show: "Product Selection: Master Reseller Hosting (onshore) - Standard"

I am sure there are more problems like this.

We're fixing our site and fixed most of it.

Links mixed up when we moved billing area from "whmcs" to "my"

Update : Yes some times filezilla give 500 server errors, but we don't have anything to do with this. We will try to contact them and see.

What do you mean by gone ?

We do filecheck on our servers every 30 days which is important, some times it cause a little bit downtime if their are serious issues. But its completed now.

Yes site is back online after filecheck has been completed.

Update : Except our main site, none of the servers are down.
