Its not the problem of the server.If you want server speeds.Try and use this link:-

If the Filehost's have a problem,we could do very little about it.Check Filesonic thread for details about their problem.I guess you are on our NL servers.Open a ticket with your problem and it would be rechecked.This is NOT our SUPPORT thread,so posting your support related queries is USELESS HERE.:facepalm:.

And when i ask for a refund since i don't have any setup in 12hs:

didn't you just ask for a refund @ their RL thread after bumping it three times. Sounds like your the one doing something fishy.

He did say he will get to you ASAP. TehHost are not scammers.

It is already mentioned that setup fees are not-refundable at any point of time. If However the guaranteed setup time frame 24 hours is not met by us we offer a full refund. In your case its just 9 hours and we can set it up now. So if you wish for a refund now the Setup fee cannot be refunded. Let us know your choice and we will proceed accordingly.

First you open a ticket for refund then you bump our thread thrice within 30 minutes of open a ticket /PM'd all staff without even giving us a change to validate your request and within an hour you go ahead an dispute the transaction elevating it to a claim. We cannot refund you anymore and the outcome will be decided by Paypal and since you have violated our TOS your service will be suspended and will remain so.

Thanks for the vouch mate. Exactly our point . I already asked him to have a bit of patience but I guess he is more interested in disputing.
