My account was locked or disabled, and I do not know why.

It seems like your account has been blocked by fileserve.
To unblock it, please visit the fileserve Supportforum and contact the User "RickyFS".
By clicking on OK a browser instance will open which leads to the fileserve Supportforum.
Your premium account has been deactivated in JD to prevent further problems.
If you leave it that way JDownloader will continue to download as a free user from fileserve.com.

Why isn't the transfer to payout account processed yet, so we can actually request a payout?? It's taking much, much longer than usual..... and tomorrow is payday.... But we need to be able to request payout.......

Hi Ricky,
My fileserve account has been blocked - username chrisd2702.
From reading through this forum, it seems like you block accounts when they are accessed from multiple IP addresses.
My situation is as follows:
At work I have a Cellular Data ISP, so each time I create a new connection I get a different IP. I also have a laptop computer with 3G card - different ISP, and again dynamic IP. I also have an iPad with 3G - again dynamic IP and lastly I have a internet connection at home also with dynamic IP.
I am in South Africa, and static IP's are not something common for home users, 3G data users or small businesses with ADSL or similar connections.
So, it is often possible that I might have a download running on my PC at work and then start a download on my laptop or iPad when I out of the office, so quite possible that I can have multiple downloads running from different IP addresses.
If this is problem and the reason why my account has been blocked, then just say so, and unblock the account - I will then be a bit more carefull and ensure that I don't have parallel downloads from different IP addresses.

Fileserve blocked my accounts for any reason, ricky say i have cheating but is false, fileserve allowed multiple accounts per user, read the faq, i only have two referals (my others accounts) and closing for cheating :facepalm: is ridiculous.

We allow multiple accounts per user. However, if you make multiple accounts to cheat with referral earnings, all of your accounts will be terminated permanently and all funds in these accounts will not be released.
