I am using a computer to download my files via Fileserve Services. I don't understand why my account was banned. I have never share my account details to anyone. Not even my brothers and my wife.

Can please reinstate my account?

lol may be you downloaded or uploaded more then 68gigs that seems to be a good reason for them to ban accounts now a days or hell may be you sneezed wrong :)
 
Dear Ricky, when I remote upload from Filesonic, it not working and the file freeze in the "Pending Remote File". Why ??? Please fix it now !!!
 
@ tuakis: Some issues for SGP users - we will be looking into this issue. SGP users share the same IPs when downloading from us (i.e. like IWF), thus, we will be looking to get this fixed on Monday.

Hi RickyFS,
just to update, I have tried downloading roughly about 2 GB of content and I got locked out again. Error 1707 informing me to change my password which I did previously on Saturday. Again I rest assure you that not account info was shared between my families.

Please kindly advise on any possible solution.

I come by the present to speak to you about a problem which gets my Fileserve account.

Being subscribed for one year to your service (my subscription comes to an end on February 03rd, 2012), I have just noticed that my account is blocked with the following message: " Download Failure. Your user has been temporarily blocked for downloads for 24 hours. Please change your password for security reasons. Failure to do so may result in a ban."

I changed the password but the problem persists.

For information, my account user's name is "adamaz".

For that purpose, I ask you to proceed to the reactivation of my account as soon as possible.

I've been using premium Fileserve for 7 months and never encounter any problem like this before but today when i trying to download file via Fileserve i got a notice

Just wanted to say thank you for being a reliable host. Never had a problem with payouts, when I send in support tickets they are taken care of in a timely manner even though I don't think I've ever gotten a reply lol. Files aren't deleted constantly like filesonic, and you haven't abandoned your affiliate program. Downloads are reliable and super fast for premium. Uploads are timely, especially in comparison to many others. So thank you, :sun:
The only issue would be the slowness of downloads for free users, that is the biggest complaint I hear most often.
Other than that, keep up the good work B-)

My computer broke down and I had to use my account on another computer, as a result my account was deactivated when i used fileserve again on my original computer. Please reactivate my account.

I need your help. I have downloaded by JDownloaer from fileserve and it reported me I have blocked account and you only can help me.

My login to fileserve:dancoboy

I tried to download something from FS without JDownloader and it wrote me only error:
"Your download could not be completed. Please try again later."

But I am premium user and I am logged in, but it doesn´t allow me to download, so the account is for me unusable. Where is the problem? I have no uploaded files and I don´t share my account according to rules of FS.

Can you please help me? I have paid only this month for the 6 month-account and I am new on fileserve. Did I something wrong or is it only temporary unavailable service? 35 EUR is for me a lot of money to loss it. Please help Ricky. Thank you

Hello Ricky,

my fileserve premium account has been blocked (ID : clibanarii). I can't use JD. I don't know why. I've got three computers working in home network, but i never use JD on two computers at the same time.
Please, help me.
