Dont buy from there, Looks like they selling keys from MSDN and Bizspark.
Looks like you need keys for your hosting business. Then legal way is, get keys installed by your DC or become a SPLA partner of MS

Why buy one when you can simply use loader to activate the windows? the result of the activation is the same.

Because when you are running a business all it takes is one disgruntled employee to turn you in and then the cost for fines and reputation far out weigh the small fee for a license.

I would suggest buying a retail disk with the key if you can find one. That way if you use paypal or a credit card and if it is not a legit copy you can get your money back because you have a tangible product you are receiving.
