My experience with altushost support

I am feeling that altushost is having very poor customer support. For example, when i registered my website they said that account will be active when the payment at HDFC bank will be confirmed and their Representative for HDFC bank was not in the office at that time and then after 36 hours when i send them a copy of bank recipt then they activated my account.....

Now the website is down may be from midnight, today morning i created a ticket but there is no response to the ticket...:'( What a support....shit...X-(

My website will be finished by this kind of support by altushost....

I am using altushost only because they have a indian bank where i can deposit the payments......i have created a thread in wjunction abt taking a host that allow warez etc and have facility of indian bank transfer...that's why i was having no other option to use altushost.....

Website is still down......X-(:facepalm:

I think i will loose all the traffic i got.....

thats what happen when you do offshore hosting for illegal sites. they never had a success. there is always a tini-tiny problem.
 
As I understand you have issue with billing.
Please let me know ticket id over PM, I will check matter right away.

Also, if you paid over bank account, you cannot expect us to process payment right away. + Billing department doesn't work 24/7

I don't understand why you opened this topic here when your services were online on 01/10/2011 as well as now.

Hahaha, finally officials are here, you people know why this thread is here.....this thread was opened before my problem gets solved. If you want to close my account then go ahead, but just refund all the bucks to me. :(

This thread was here from the time when my site was down for over 24 hrs.

Ask your fellow officials why they gave me one month free for warezcats.com ......:p
 
We gave you 1 month free and your site is up and works perfectly. But you still want's to cancel and get refund? hmm, interesting.

As I see in ticket you paid around Friday. So how come you expect us to check your payment during weekend when banks are closed and to not process payments?
Also, we did favor for you because you wasn't able to pay over our official payment methods: credit card, paypal, alertpay, moneybookers or liberty reserve.

After all, this wasn't so kind move from you.
 
You had the whole day of friday and half-day of saturday, when the banks remains open. Don't make excuses. I think you are here only to fight with me.
I am just testing your hosting with this free period, if i found my site down again like the previous time, i will surely move to other hosting provider....
 
I'm not here to fight with you, but I'm here to make things more clear.

1st of all we made a favor for you. We accepted payment over IN bank account which isn't an regular payment method. Check our website and if you find it, let me know.
Therefor, it's not automated payment method, we needed sometime to check payment, which is totally understandable and reasonable when it come to bank transfer.
We also gave you 1 month for free. And now you come here and complain about our customer services? Not sure you are totally right.
