Okay so my account seems to be working fine now and that's great. However I wonder if Ricky since you seem to be around, you could give me a clear answer on:
What causes the error 612?
Why a premium account that only downloads casually to a single IP and does not upload would receive this error?
Is this going to happen again - is the error some kind of block or ban?
Why don't FS support reply to their messages - I mean obviously someone's done something about it, but I'm concerned about the causes so I can decide if I wish to stay with Fileserve.
