torrent upload speed will depend on your torrent.

yes filezilla client and server both are installed. These are the primary applications.

To add to Subhy's reply, it not only depends on the torrent but where it comes from (like IPT or SCC). It is my idea that torrents from IPT have faster seed speeds than those from SCC.

Note that you may only seed five torrents at a time. But as the torrents seed fast until max (I set mine at 1.50) this shouldn't be a problem. I've seen seeds at 1-1.5MBs.

Speeds for filehosts:
DL Fileserve .... about 20-25MBs max
DL Filesonic ..... about 50MBs max

UL Fileserve .... about 3-4 Mbs per file
UL Filesonic / Wupload ..... about 30-50MBs
UL Depositfiles ..... about 10-20MBs

Note that these are max I witnessed. But in general the speeds are very good. Recommended.

IDM does not grab any valid link fileserve on RDP:

The same links are OK and work fine on my desktop pc:
