I'm talking about the forums/blogs that you will post your links on. The good ones force you to make your links available for free users. Otherwise your post will be deleted & infraction or ban will be also given.)
Moreover, you will not make a good reputation this way.
Check W-bb for instance; well-known uploaders offer multiple links which are available for free and premium users so everyone knows & trusts them.
see i upload same file to 2 filehost. and share it.. wupload and filesonic.. so i have all my staff for free users too..

fuck My life... all my fs wu and fsc acc got hacked.
Edit:- even my email was hacked.... fuck lost over 300$(
I would suggest you to stop doing anything from your computer, you probably get keylogger... Go on other computer, take it easy, recover mail, and then recover other acc's.

not even, your email was the one which got hacked first, then they easily hacked your filehost accounts changing the details and all.. Try to recover your email first, or else everything will be.... boom

if u still have access to your mail, change the password. if it's gmail, activate sms logging in, like i did. every time i login i get an sms code that i need to enter. it protects from hackers.
also install malwarebytes anti malware to detect suspicious stuff like trojans on ur pc.
also if u manage to get axx to ur accounts, put a security question.
i hope u get them back.
meanwhile, contact ASAP hish and other staff of the hosts account u had, to let them know it happened.

Try to recover your email using the secret question , ... etc
If U R not able to do that & U Have Any Proof that it is your email , U can talk to on of yahoo admins ( if it is yahoo Email ) & send him the proof & he will get it back for U
