After a long time waiting for payment , I haven't been recieved money ,but now my account's disable ??

I tried to switch to PPS Fixed $10 plan,and i got this message:

"Your request to change payment plan has been accepted; the new program will be effective on 11 PM EST 06 Nov 2011 for your account."


i registered more than 1 month ago, by default is PPD.
now i would like to try my luck for the PPS Fixed program.
it's not even 01 Nov yet. WHY i have to wait until 06 Nov???
i haven't switch any plan yet after registration,this is the first time that i switch to PPS.





 
is there any chance that ftp uploads speeds from eu will get any better? Currently im getting ~800KB/s per connection on a Gbit (unshared) line :'(:facepalm:
its not the worst i`ve seen, but comparing to WU and FSO it is very slow. I suggest you add ftp server in eu also to provide better speeds for eu uploaders (y)

There is a 1 week waiting period in between the changing of plans. In order to join the promotion which is running for PPS users you had to change plans before the 30th of October this would have then enabled you a faster change of plan thus entering you into the promotion.

Hi greg,

some of the ftp server take long time to process. i upload 1 file 3 part, 1 part show in filemanager, another 2 part file stuck over 1 hour. Facing this issue few day already

Whats your username so I can try look into it, processing times should be fine but if you guys are noticing problems always let me know so I can look into it.

^ about the change of PPS, wait 6 more days, all right.

if i change plan from PPD to PPS,i will have to wait 7 days to enable the PPS ,that would suck. i hope it's only during the promotion period.

in other normal period excluding promotion period, we should be able to enable new plans right after changing as long as we have waited 7 days to change.

it's not hard to understand,just like fsc does,thank you!

btw,
remote upload from fileserve to filejungle failed immediately right after added links.
 
charles - It is not only during the promotion period, the 7 days waiting period exists always. It has been like this from the start, if you want to change a plan just plan ahead and if you do this then the 7 day wait won't really be a problem.

FS to FJ RU works fine here, have you tried again? Are you inputing the links correctly?

my acc now no file stuck at pending ftp files. just want to inform you this issue exists on certain time. hope filejungle can become better in the future. :))

Why my payment is still pending , i already request from last Saturday . As you say above , payment will process today 01 Nov . Why do i get this problem , please check it for me soon . Thanks . I will pm for you my ID .
