Hello,
Recently I've been told that I use to much network resources, then administrator often log off my account and told me to slow down the operation of download/upload. I think it's not a big deal. You can not told your client to slow down the download/upload process, because the softwares themselves always try to get the maximum speed. And also, I cannot eat other client connection, because if some clients try to down/up, network resource will be share equally to all. It means that when many user online, the resource should be shared at the acceptable speed, and if only a few client online, they should have the right to have the high speed.
I've read this
http://clients.buyrdp.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=5
and there's no rule that limit user download/upload speed. So please don't log me off because it interrupted my working process. Hope we can make clear about this problem.

This is sales thread, not Support thread...

and you are not the only user that receiving these messages, All user receives it. Why i sent you the message is that Use One Process at a time, Not three....

please read my points at my post above and give me the reasonable answer. And if all user receives these messages then why don't you let all client to be free to download/ upload. I can accept the medium speed, but lost my work without saving is the real pain.

Free to download doesn't let you allow to use whole 100% network resources. Download or Upload 2-3 files max not 10 at a time, It will definitely increase the resources...It disturbs the shared user environment.

Resources should be shared equally when many users are online or few users. That keeps the shared user environment stable. What to do with the users who reports to us when they get low download and upload speeds..what you can say about that

look at the speed i'm getting right now. The slow speed is because of too many users online, and I also get the slow speed too.
