I have been complaining for the same on my shared hosting since 25 of last month, if you on shared hosting, I guess they have some config problems, raise a ticket and they will fix it, did a couple of times for me though I still have little bit of that.
Got WordPress fresh piece, even cPanel takes several minutes to show up login page, lol.
