@srv 13 auto transload is working well,if u cant believe us,u can tried with another browser standart without many features block/tweak & test it,better u submit ticket for contact us for get better support.

Im not blame ur browser but u can see i use firefox 7.02 in RS link n my browser standart no tweak or addon/ad block,can u change ur browser n test for auto transload,its work or no,n report to me in submit ticket please,
about plugin to get video file info its in mtn features thats have video file info i think n thats mtn plugin is created by master Jmsmarcelo,in rl.com

sorry for thats rule is our company policy,if our costumer/user save upload acc in panel n something happen to ur upload acc,im affraid our company will blame,we do not want it happen,couse we still newbie in international RL seller,please understand what we face in this business,

we sorry if must use internet explorer for auto transload,
but we in development of new RL script hope at 1st November will finish n can use by our All user/client,
n u can use ur favorite browser,for auto transload

our web Live chat is make our internet slow to open web live chat, so web live chat not available for this time sorry for this thing,couse i personally just use 512kbps internet provide in my country,
so if anything question is feel free to ask in submit ticket or use Yahoo Mesengger,
