your account level depends on various factor like age, amount of files (especially amount of files with zero or only few downloads), sold accounts,
total downloads etc.
I would suggest that you consider using the PPS mode since one "lucky" big sale can make up for 5000 downloads or even more depending on your rank.

let me once more explain how the accurate US$ / € exchange rate is calculate since
it seems we still have some misunderstanding here.
---> You have distinguish between the different banking specific rates of foreign currencies: there are "Interbanking book money rates", "Customer book money rates" then we have the actual "Disposal rates" the bank grants you as exchange rate which includes all interests, provisions, swap costs, and transfer costs which can add up to almost 15% depending on your bank!
And as a fully graduated and governmental examined banker I can assure you that the rates ORON offers you are even BETTER than the rates my own bank grants me at this point because my bank calculates far higher risks for their foreign currencies.
To make it short: go to your bank and demand PHYSICAL Euro for US-$ and you will see that ORON's rates are better than most banking on demand currency rates.
