What are consequences of DMCA in Wupload?

I recently got registered in wupload.com.Recently few of my files were removed for dmca but there is a good download demand for those files,now iam in a confusion whether to upload the same files and if i do so whether there be any serious action taken (legal)against me?help me out.

Unless wupload them selfs know your name and address then your fucked.. Other then that then its not possible..

Its just like a website all they will do is terminate you unless they no your name and address..

No problem, i got deleted and reuploaded everyday
