I'd buy a new processor buy where I'm from, they ain't cheap. Cheapest one is $55 which is a Celeron Dual Core 2.60 GHz. I'd buy it but thats kinda expensive for a student. Looking forward to build my own PC in the near future. Hopefully, I can get some nice processor that'll withstand heat and won't shut down every time I try to run Photoshop for over 30mins like my P4 <_<

Anyways, lots of you guys have some powerful processors. Did they come with your machine or did you guys buy them separate? How much did it cost for either?

Well for me it wasn't so expensive compared to "pre-built" machines here in Brazil :p

Intel i5 750 - $257.90 (bought 12 months ago)
12GB Corsair 1333MHZ DDR3 RAM (3x4GB) - $133.90 (bought last month)
XFX 1GB GeForce 250 GTS DDR3 HDMI Core Edition - $320.90 (bought 14 months ago)
HDD Seagate SATA 3.5 2TB SATA3 600MB 5900RPM ST2000DL003 - $174.90 (bought last month)

I don't remember the price of my Samsung 320GB HDD, Corsair ATX 750W Power Supply Motherboard..

lol, my TAB processor. I'm still on i3 :( Meaning to update for a while but keep spending on other stuff :/
