what is the different between rebill and renewal

I can see a link in referer section for renewal
but I can't see any link for rebill

anyone can explain?

So far I know, you get rebill if the account of one of your users will be continued automatically via subscription or manually if it is not expired yet,

and you get renewal if your user have bought the continuing of his account manually, after expiration of it.
